Once the details are sent, tap the camera in the chat, photograph the front, the back and the purity stamp, and send.

Get an approximate price
We reply with an estimate range during opening hours. The final price is set when we test the item at the shop.
Photo tips
- Take them in good light, without the flash.
- Use a plain background, such as white paper or a table top.
- Get close to the purity stamp so it can be read.
- Photograph every piece of a set together.
- If you have a receipt or certificate, photograph that too.
- An online estimate is a guide only. The final price is set after we test the purity and weigh the item at the shop.
- An estimate does not need your identity card number, bank details or any code. Please do not send them.
- Photos are used only for the estimate. How we handle them is set out in our Personal Data Protection notice.
